The following terms and conditions apply to Reevli and any of its agents (“Agents”) who may embed or utilize the Reevli Service on their website or Shopify store.

  1. Use of the Reevli Service
    1.1
    The Reevli Service provided by Reevli (hereafter “Reevli”) enables merchants (“MERCHANTS”) to connect their social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, directly to their Shopify store. Once connected, the Service automatically detects and displays live videos, short-form video content (such as reels, shorts, and TikToks), and other eligible media (“CONTENT”) on the MERCHANT’s storefront.
    Reevli does not guarantee that all content from connected platforms will be detected, synced, displayed, or remain available. The availability of content is determined by each platform’s technical limitations, permissions, and the MERCHANT’s active integration settings.
    1.2
    Reevli’s services are described in more detail on the Reevli website and within the app dashboard. This information is considered an integral part of these Terms and Conditions alongside all other related documentation.
  2. Registration and Merchant Accounts
    2.1
    MERCHANTS must create an account before using the Reevli Service in full. Registration and account management are handled on the MERCHANT’s Shopify store and within the Reevli app dashboard, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
    2.2
    Registration is restricted to individuals or legal business entities with the capacity to act. If registering on behalf of a business, only an authorized representative may create and manage the account.
    2.3
    Each Reevli account must be associated with a single identifiable individual or business entity. MERCHANTS may not register shared identities such as families or groups.
    2.4
    MERCHANTS confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False identities, pseudonyms, or misleading information are prohibited.
    2.5
    MERCHANTS are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Reevli is not liable for unauthorized account access. Any actions taken through a MERCHANT’s account are considered to be performed by the account owner.
  3. Merchant Responsibilities and Liability
    3.1
    MERCHANTS are solely responsible for all actions related to their use of the Reevli Service. MERCHANTS agree to:
    comply with applicable laws and regulations;

comply with the terms outlined between Reevli and the MERCHANT;

follow all community, content, and platform guidelines;

respect third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark restrictions;

refrain from using Reevli in any way that harms Reevli’s reputation or business interests;

not publish or display harmful, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content through the Service.

3.2
MERCHANTS are fully responsible for any content displayed through their storefront via Reevli, including but not limited to rights of use, ownership, permissions, and copyright compliance.
3.3
MERCHANTS acknowledge that they hold the appropriate rights or permissions to publicly use and display any synced social media content on their website.
3.4
MERCHANTS absolve Reevli of all liability arising from copyright disputes, platform compliance issues, DMCA notices, or other claims related to content displayed through the Reevli Service.

3.5
MERCHANTS agree to notify Reevli immediately if they detect any platform sync issues, unauthorized content, or potential violations associated with their use of the Service.

  1. Role and Liability of Reevli
    4.1
    Reevli provides MERCHANTS with a platform to automatically display content from integrated social media accounts on their storefront. Reevli does not control, moderate, or review content synced from external social platforms. Reevli does not guarantee uninterrupted syncing or availability of content, as these depend on third-party APIs and platform permissions.
    4.2
    Reevli’s liability for breach of contractual obligations is limited to intent and gross negligence. If Reevli is liable under statutory provisions for minor negligence, such liability will be limited to essential contractual duties only.
    4.3
    Reevli is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, or appropriateness of content provided through external social platforms. Reevli is also not liable for any agreements, actions, or disputes between MERCHANTS and their customers.
    4.4
    Where liability is excluded or limited for Reevli, the same applies to its representatives, employees, partners, and agents.
  2. Third-Party Platforms
    5.1
    The Reevli Service interacts with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. MERCHANTS are solely responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms, policies, and technical requirements.

5.2
Reevli is not responsible for changes in third-party platform policies, API limitations, outages, or feature restrictions that may impact the availability or display of CONTENT.

  1. Privacy Policy
    6.1
    Reevli complies with all applicable data protection regulations.
    6.2
    MERCHANTS agree that Reevli may store personal data submitted during registration for purposes related to delivering and improving the Reevli Service.
    6.3
    Reevli may collect and store information about connected social media accounts and publicly available metadata from synced content solely for operational and analytical purposes.

6.4
MERCHANTS may revoke consent for data storage and processing at any time by contacting Reevli at the email address provided within the app or on the website. Revoking consent may limit or disable access to the Reevli Service.
6.5
Further details regarding data collection, storage, and usage can be found in the Reevli Privacy Policy.
6.6
The governing jurisdiction for disputes arising from the use of the Reevli Service shall be determined by Reevli’s operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Miscellaneous
    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Any invalid provision will be replaced by a legally permissible one that most closely reflects the original purpose.
